Most EverOwn movies are pre-owned and listed in Very Good condition unless otherwise stated. Discs are inspected before listing, and every order is checked again before shipment. Cases may show light normal wear, but damaged cases are replaced whenever needed.
Yes. Every pre-owned disc receives a brief playback check before shipping to help confirm that it loads and plays properly. We also inspect the reading surface for damage that could affect playback.
Yes. A clean, functional case is part of the EverOwn Standard. Cracked, heavily worn, or damaged cases are replaced before shipment whenever necessary.
Yes. EverOwn sells authentic commercially released media. We do not sell bootlegs, unauthorized copies, or burned discs.
Yes. Product photographs and listing details represent the edition being offered. Because many items are pre-owned, minor cosmetic wear may vary, but the format, title, and listed edition will match the product purchased.
Every order is carefully packed in a sturdy shipping box rather than a lightweight mailer. Our goal is to make sure your movies arrive protected and ready for your collection.

Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information will appear in your EverOwn account and will also be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Orders are generally prepared and shipped within the handling time shown at checkout. Tracking information will be emailed once your package is on the way.
